Access Codes

The Access Code for MemberConnect is entered each time you login to your account. Below is a list of the most frequently asked questions regarding Access Codes.

I’m a new member to the credit union. What is my Access Code?

New personal accounts receive a temporary Access Code online when the account is opened. The temporary Access Code will be located in the new account packet you received at the branch. If you no longer have your account packet, you may obtain a new temporary new Access Code by choosing one of the methods below:

  • Stop by any branch location, present a valid ID and a new temporary Access Code will be issued immediately.
  • Call 512-302-5555 option 5 and request a new temporary Access Code be mailed to the address we have on file.  
    Allow 5-7 business days for delivery.

I’m an existing member to the credit union but don’t have an Access Code.

Please choose one of the following methods to obtain an Access Code.  For security reasons we do not issue Access Codes via phone or e-mail.

  • Stop by any branch location, present a valid ID and a new temporary Access Code will be issued immediately.
  • Call 512-302-5555 option 5 and request a new temporary Access Code be mailed to the address we have on file.  
    Allow 5-7 business days for delivery.

My account is locked due to invalid password attempts. How do I get it unlocked?

  • Unlock your account online by resetting your Access Code Online. You must have enabled this service prior to use and be able to answer security question we have on file. You will receive an e-mail with a temporary code you can use to get back online.
  • Call 512-302-5555 option 5 and request your account be unlocked.  We will ask you security questions and then unlock
    your account.
  • Stop by any branch location, present a valid ID and your account will be unlocked.

Need to change your Access code? Here's how.

  • Login to MemberConnect.
  • Go to Settings on the navigation bar and choose “Change Access Code”.
  • New access codes must be between 6-15 characters and can include letters, numbers, and special symbols. In addition, they can also be case-sensitive.
