Quicken / Quickbooks Downloads

Transaction information from your Austin Telco accounts can be downloaded into personal money management software such as Quicken, Quickbooks, or Microsoft Excel. Some software vendors will ask that you give them your account number, access code, and the secondary password for MemberConnect.  Use extreme caution before providing anyone with your log in credentials.

Automatic Downloads

If you are using the latest versions of Quicken, or Quickbooks, you will be asked to select Austin Telco from the financial institution list, and provide your login credentials for MemberConnect.  Once complete, your financial software will login on your behalf and pull your balances on a periodic basis.

Many financial software titles such as Quicken use a third party, NCR Corporation, to pull your balances on your behalf. Anytime NCR pulls your balances, you may receive a login notification that a login has occurred on your account, if you requested to be notified of when a login occurs.

Manual Downloads

If you are not using the latest version of Quicken, or Quickbooks, you will need to manually download your transactions.

You can download transaction information in a variety of different formats by choosing “eServices” from the top navigation bar selecting “History Download”. Choose the share, dates, and format you would like the data to be exported to.

If you need assistance with importing your data with Quicken, Microsoft or other vendor, please contact the vendor directly. Austin Telco is unable to provide support for any software other than MemberConnect

Important: Austin Telco offers both QIF and OFX formats available for downloading with MemberConnect, however, Intuit, the producer of the Quicken software has phased-out the QIF format. Therefore, issues with QIF formatted files are no longer supported by Intuit.
