Touch Tone Teller
Touch Tone Teller is our 24 hour a day, 7 day a week, telephone teller. TT Teller is there when you need it, at work, at home, days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
With your Access Code and a touch-tone phone, you can perform a variety of transactions, find your current balance, transfer funds, check history on accounts, even get an advance on your loan!

If you don't have a Touch Tone Teller Access Code already there are four ways to get this.
•You may come by any branch location and a new access code can be issued to you after verifying a valid ID.
•You may email a signed written request from the email address we have on file for your account to email@example.com. We will verify your signature and mail your new access code to the address we have on file for your account. (Please allow five working business days for delivery).
•You may fax a written request to 512-206-3553. We will verify your signature and mail your new access code to the address we have on file for your account. (Please allow five working business days for delivery).
•You may call accounting at 512-302-5555 ext. 7190. We will verify your information on the account and mail your new access code to the address we have on file for your account.
Remember to push the # sign after each transaction.
TouchTone Teller allows you to choose your own 6 digit Access Code, has the option of operating in MENU or EXPERT mode, and offers many services including check reorders with no changes, and account statement and summary fax-back capabilities.
Each account is identified by your base account number and an account ID. For a complete list of your account ID's enter 4 (shares) or 5 (loans) in MENU mode, or 78 (shares) or 79 (loans) in EXPERT mode.
Decimal places are not required, so amounts should be entered with dollars and cents (example: enter $75.00 as 7500). Transactions before March 1, 1999 are not available.
To Use Touch Tone Teller
Call Touch Tone Teller at (512) 302-4444.
Enter your base account number followed by #.
Enter your Access Code number.
Enter a service code from the Menu Mode and follow the instructions. If you wish to change to Expert Mode, please choose Additional Options (7) from Menu Mode.
To accept your transaction enter (1). To cancel the transaction, enter 9.
End your call by using the (*) key when using the Main Menu, or (99) when using Expert Mode.
Remember to use the # after each transaction.
