Having issues with your PIN?
In preparation for EMV “Chip” cards, Austin Telco has been upgrading the processing systems for all of our ATM, debit and credit cards. During the upgrade, some members have experienced issues trying to use their card while entering their PIN (personal identification number). If you experience any issue using your debit card as a “debit” transaction (where you enter a PIN) please select the “credit” option instead at the time of purchase. If you experience invalid PIN errors on your debit, credit and/or ATM card, you will need to visit any ATFCU branch lobby to re-pin your card.
