Our mobile app allows easy access to your account wherever your iPhone or Android device goes. The Austin Telco mobile app has been recently upgraded to include new features such as:

  • First Time User Enrollment
  • Password Reset and Username Retrieval
  • Check Account Balances in a Flash by Enabling Quick View
  • Send a Secure Message thru the Message Center
  • Activate, Deactivate, and Lift Restrictions in the Card Center
  • Login using Face ID/Touch ID (IOS or Fingerprint Login (Android)
  • Include a Comment with your Mobile Deposit
  • View Mobile Deposit History
  • Add Payees in Bill Pay.

How to Get Started

1. Get the App from the Apple or Android App Store.

Available on the APP store logo.

Available on Google Play logo

2. Enroll through the App by clicking the Enroll link on the Mobile App login page.

3. Create a Username and Password.

**Cellular data access and text messaging is necessary to use the Mobile Banking service and/or Text Banking. Check with your wireless carrier for any possible fees that may apply. ATFCU Mobile Banking and Text Banking services are only available to Online Banking users.
