ATFCU YETI SWEEPSTAKES RULES AND REGULATIONS:

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER AND WIN. ODDS OF WINNING DEPENDENT ON NUMBER OF ENTRIES. A PURCHASE WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:00 a.m. Central Daylight Time (“CDT”) on May 29, 2026, and ends at 11:59:59p.m. CDT on June 20, 2026 (“Sweepstakes Period”).

The winner will be determined by random drawing of eligible entries conducted at Austin Telco Federal Credit Union’s headquarters located at 11149 Research Blvd, Ste 300, Austin, TX on June 22, 2026. Drawings will be conducted and final determination of the winner will be made by an Austin Telco Federal Credit Union (ATFCU) official whose decision is final. The winner need not be present to win. The winner will be notified via phone or email on the drawing date reflected above. To claim the prize, the winner must respond by phone or email. The winner will have twenty-four (24) hours to respond after being contacted at the phone number or email address provided during registration. In the event that the winner is unable to be contacted, the winner’s timely response is not received, or the winner’s entry is determined by ATFCU not to be an eligible entry hereunder, ATFCU may choose an alternate winner by a random drawing from all remaining eligible entries, with such drawing to occur no more than twenty-four (24) hours after ATFCU determines that a drawn entry has been forfeited for any of the reasons described in the preceding sentence.

To obtain the name of the winner, you may send a request and a self-addressed, stamped envelope to: Austin Telco Federal Credit Union, 11149 Research Blvd, Ste 300, Austin, TX 78759, Attn: Marketing – ATFCU YETI GIVEAWAY. All such requests must be received within six (6) weeks after the end of the Sweepstakes Period.

Eligibility: The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the State of Texas who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry and who reside within the Field of Membership of Austin Telco Federal Credit Union. “Field of Membership” means legal residence within the following Texas counties: Williamson, Travis, Caldwell, Bastrop, Hays, Burnet. Entries from individuals who do not meet these eligibility requirements will be disqualified and discarded.

Employees and officials of Austin Telco Federal Credit Union and the immediate family members or other members of any such employee's or official's household are not eligible to participate.

Prize: The odds of winning a prize will depend on the total number of eligible entries received. Only one (1) prize is available. The winner will receive one (1) Custom ATFCU YETI Tundra 45 Cooler. The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the Prize is $300.

Prize Claim: The Prize must be claimed in person by the winner at an Austin Telco Federal Credit Union Branch location within fourteen (14) days of the winner being notified. The winner must present valid government-issued photo identification matching the name and information provided at entry. The Prize will not be shipped, mailed, or otherwise delivered under any circumstances. If the winner fails or is unable to claim the Prize in person within the required timeframe, the Prize will be forfeited and ATFCU reserves the right to select an alternate winner by random drawing from all remaining eligible entries.

The winner will be solely responsible for federal, state, and local taxes, if any. Any winner who is, or has previously been, a member of ATFCU must be in “good standing” as defined by the policies of ATFCU, and cannot have been disqualified for membership with ATFCU, or the entry(ies) and/or Prize(s) will be forfeited.

By accepting a Prize, the winner consents to disclosure of the winner’s name and agrees to grant ATFCU the right to use the winner’s names for promotional purposes without further compensation or permission, except where prohibited by law.

The sponsor of the Sweepstakes is Austin Telco Federal Credit Union. This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by or associated with YETI Holdings, Inc., or any of its affiliates and/or subsidiaries. How to Enter the Drawing: You may enter the Sweepstakes by mail without purchase or obligation or opening an ATFCU account during the Sweepstakes Period. You may also receive one (1) entry in the Sweepstakes by hand-printing the following on a plain 3” x 5” index card: “ATFCU YETI GIVEAWAY,” your full name, full mailing address, day and evening phone numbers, email address (if any), and date of birth and mail it with proper postage in a sealed, stamped and hand-printed #10 envelope to: “Austin Telco Federal Credit Union ATTN: Marketing – ATFCU YETI GIVEAWAY”, 11149 Research Blvd., Suite 300 Austin, TX 78759. Limit one (1) entry per 3” x 5” index card. Mail-in entries must be handwritten and postmarked by June 20, 2026, and received by June 22, 2026. Mail-in entries from individuals who do not meet the eligibility requirements set forth above will be disqualified. Proof of sending or submission will not be deemed to be proof of receipt by ATFCU. No mechanical reproductions will be accepted. ATFCU is not responsible for lost, late, illegible, invalid, misdirected, mutilated, incomplete, or postage-due mail/entries, which will be disqualified. Mail-in entries become the property of ATFCU and will not be returned.

Release and Indemnity. Participants agree that Austin Telco Federal Credit Union and its employees and/or officials (collectively, “Telco Parties”) and each of their respective affiliates and their members, officers, employees, and representatives (collectively, “Releasees”) shall not be liable for, and the Releasees are hereby released from, losses or injuries of any kind resulting from participation in the Sweepstakes, acceptance of the Prize, or any technical malfunctions of the telephone network, computer system, computer equipment, software, or any combination thereof, or any misdirected entries. Participants also agree that the individuals and entities listed in this paragraph are not responsible or liable for any injury or damage to a participant related to or resulting from any part of this contest. IN NO EVENT WILL AUSTIN TELCO FEDERAL CREDIT UNION OR ITS AFFILIATES, SUBSIDIARIES, OR MARKETING PARTNERS AND THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, REPRESENTATIVES AND AGENTS OR ANY OTHER RELEASEES, BE RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OR LOSSES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF ANY PARTICIPATION IN THE CONTEST. All Prize winners further acknowledge that ATFCU makes no representations or warranties of any kind concerning the appearance, safety or performance of any prize, except for any express manufacturer’s warranty as may be included with the prize. Each Prize Winner bears all risk of loss or damage to the respective Prize immediately upon receipt.

All participants and Prize winners, as a condition of participation in this Sweepstakes, agree to indemnify, release and hold harmless ATFCU, its affiliates, designees, and assigns, and the Releasees from and against any and all liability, claims, damages, or actions of any kind whatsoever in connection with: (a) accessing ATFCU’s website; (b) participating in any aspect of the Sweepstakes, including without limitation, while preparing for, participating in or traveling to or from any prize or Sweepstakes related activity, including without limitation, any injury, damage, death, loss or accident to person or property; (c) the receipt, ownership, possession, use or misuse of any Prize awarded; (d) viruses or any downloading or other problems with the Sweepstakes; or (e) any typographical or other error in these Rules and Regulations or the announcement of offering of any Prize.

Changes. ATFCU may change the Sweepstakes or these Rules and Regulations at any time. ATFCU disclaims any responsibility to notify participants of any aspect related to the conduct of the Sweepstakes.
