The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:00a.m. Central Daylight Time (“CDT”) on June 16, 2025, and ends at 12:00:00a.m. CDT on September 12, 2025.

The winner will be determined by random drawing of eligible entries conducted at Austin Telco Federal Credit Union’s headquarters located at 11149 Research Blvd, Ste 300, Austin, TX on September 15, 2025. Final determination of the winner will be made by an Austin Telco Federal Credit Union (ATFCU) official whose decision is final. The winner need not be present to win. Winner will be notified via phone or email on the drawing date reflected above. To claim the prize, winner must respond to phone or email; the winner will have twenty-four (24) hours to respond after being contacted by phone or email provided during registration. In the event the winner is unable to be contacted, the winner’s timely response is not received, or the winner does not qualify, ATFCU reserves the right to choose an alternate winner by random drawing from all remaining eligible entries no more than twenty-four (24) hours after ATFCU becomes aware of the forfeiture. To obtain the name of the winner, send your request and a self-addressed, stamped envelope to Austin Telco Federal Credit Union 11149 Research Blvd, Ste 300, Austin, TX 78759, Attn: Marketing – Summer Share Certificate Sweepstakes. All such requests must be received within six (6) weeks after the end of the Sweepstakes Period.

Employees and officials of Austin Telco Federal Credit Union and the MLS Parties and the immediate family members or other members of any such employee's or official's household are not eligible to participate.

This Sweepstakes is open to legal residents who live within a seventy-five (75) mile radius of Q2 Stadium located at 10414 McKalla Place, Austin, Texas 78758 (“Stadium”), plus to the extent not included in the foregoing, the geographic area included within the corporate limits of the City of San Antonio, Texas and the City of San Marcos, Texas (“Territory”) and who are at least eighteen (18) years old  at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors (including immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, and sibling and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and members of the same household, whether or not related) of Austin Telco Federal Credit Union, Austin TeamCo LLC d/b/a Austin FC (“Austin FC”), Austin StadCo LLC d/b/a Q2 Stadium (“Q2 Stadium”), Major League Soccer, L.L.C. (“MLS”), Soccer United Marketing, LLC (“SUM”), Pro Soccer Development, LP (“MLSNP”), and Player Development, LLC (“PDEV” and together with Austin FC, Q2 Stadium, MLS, SUM, and MLSNP, collectively, the “MLS Parties”), and each of their respective parents, affiliated companies, subsidiaries, licensees, distributors, dealers, retailers, printers, and advertising and promotion agencies, and any and all other companies associated with the Sweepstakes are not eligible to participate or win a prize. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws, rules, and regulations. Void outside Territory, and where prohibited or restricted by law, rule, or regulation.

Prize: Only one (1) prize is available. Winner will receive four (4) Austin FC Austin Telco Terrace admission tickets and VIP field photo experience for winner and three (3) guests at the Austin FC match taking place on September 20, 2025. The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the four (4) Austin FC Austin Telco Terrace admission tickets and VIP Experiences for four (4) people is $800.

Prize winner shall be solely responsible for federal, state, and local taxes, if any. All expenses not specifically provided for herein, including transportation to and from the venue, parking, concessions, and merchandise (if applicable), are the winner’s sole responsibility. Any winner who is, or has previously been, a member of ATFCU must be in “good standing” as defined by the policies of ATFCU, and cannot have been disqualified for membership with ATFCU, or the Prize(s) will be forfeited.

By accepting a prize, the winner(s) consent(s) to disclosure of his/her/their name(s) and agree to grant ATFCU the right to use his/her/their name(s) for promotional purposes without further compensation or permission, except were prohibited by law.

Participants agree that Austin Telco Federal Credit Union and its employees and/or officials (collectively, “Telco Parties”) and the MLS Parties and each of their respective affiliates and their members, officers, employees, and representatives (collectively, “Releasees”) shall not be liable for and hereby release the Releasees from losses or injuries of any kind resulting from participation in contest, acceptance of the prize, or any technical malfunctions of the telephone network, computer system, computer equipment, software, or any combination thereof, or any misdirected entries. Participants also agree that the individuals and entities listed in this paragraph are not responsible or liable for any injury or damage to a participant related to or resulting from any part of this contest. IN NO EVENT WILL AUSTIN TELCO FEDERAL CREDIT UNION OR THE MLS PARTIES OR THEIR AFFILIATES, SUBSIDIARIES, OR MARKETING PARTNERS AND THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, REPRESENTATIVES AND AGENTS OR ANY OTHER RELEASEES, BE RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OR LOSSES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF ANY PARTICIPATION IN THE CONTEST

You may enter the Sweepstakes by mail without opening a 6-month share certificate during the sweepstakes period. To receive one (1) entry, hand-print the following on a plain 3” x 5” index card: “Summer Share Certificate Sweepstakes,” your full name, full mailing address, day and evening phone numbers, email address (if any), and date of birth and mail it with proper postage in a sealed, stamped and hand-printed #10 envelope to: “Austin Telco Federal Credit Union ATTN: Marketing – Summer Share Certificate Sweepstakes”, 11149 Research Blvd., Suite 300 Austin, TX 78759. Limit one (1) entry per 3” x 5” index card. Mail-in entries must be handwritten and postmarked by September 5, 2025, and received by September 12, 2025. Proof of sending or submission will not be deemed to be proof of receipt by ATFCU. No mechanical reproductions will be accepted. ATFCU is not responsible for lost, late, illegible, invalid, misdirected, mutilated, incomplete, or postage-due mail/entries, which will be disqualified. Mail-in entries become the property of ATFCU and will not be returned.
