Texas Stars Game Day Sweepstakes Terms and Conditions

ODDS OF WINNING DEPENDENT ON NUMBER OF ENTRIES.
The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:00a.m. Central Daylight Time (“CDT”) on March 1, 2026, and ends at 11:59:59p.m. CDT on March 31, 2026.

The winner will be determined by random drawing of eligible entries conducted at Austin Telco Federal Credit Union’s headquarters located at 11149 Research Blvd, Ste 300, Austin, TX on April 2, 2026. Final determination of the winner will be made by an Austin Telco Federal Credit Union (ATFCU) official whose decision is final. The winner need not be present to win. Winner will be notified via phone or email on the drawing date reflected above. To claim the prize, winner must respond to phone or email; the winner will have twenty-four (24) hours to respond after being contacted by phone or email provided during registration. In the event the winner is unable to be contacted, the winner’s timely response is not received, or the winner does not qualify, ATFCU reserves the right to choose an alternate winner by random drawing from all remaining eligible entries no more than twenty-four (24) hours after ATFCU becomes aware of the forfeiture. To obtain the name of the winner, send your request and a self-addressed, stamped envelope to Austin Telco Federal Credit Union 11149 Research Blvd, Ste 300, Austin, TX 78759, Attn: Marketing – Texas Stars Game Day Sweepstakes. All such requests must be received within six (6) weeks after the end of the Sweepstakes Period.

Employees and officials of Austin Telco Federal Credit Union and the immediate family members or other members of any such employee's or official's household are not eligible to participate.

Prize: Only one (1) prize is available. Winner will receive four (4) Texas Stars Club admission tickets to the Friday, April 17, 2026 game. The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the Prize is $350.
Prize winner shall be solely responsible for federal, state, and local taxes, if any. All expenses not specifically provided for herein, including transportation to and from the venue, parking, concessions, and merchandise (if applicable), are the winner’s sole responsibility. Any winner who is, or has previously been, a member of ATFCU must be in “good standing” as defined by the policies of ATFCU, and cannot have been disqualified for membership with ATFCU, or the Prize(s) will be forfeited.

By accepting a prize, the winner(s) consent(s) to disclosure of his/her/their name(s) and agree to grant ATFCU the right to use his/her/their name(s) for promotional purposes without further compensation or permission, except were prohibited by law.

Participants agree that Austin Telco Federal Credit Union and its employees and/or officials (collectively, “Telco Parties”) and each of their respective affiliates and their members, officers, employees, and representatives (collectively, “Releasees”) shall not be liable for and hereby release the Releasees from losses or injuries of any kind resulting from participation in contest, acceptance of the prize, or any technical malfunctions of the telephone network, computer system, computer equipment, software, or any combination thereof, or any misdirected entries. Participants also agree that the individuals and entities listed in this paragraph are not responsible or liable for any injury or damage to a participant related to or resulting from any part of this contest. IN NO EVENT WILL AUSTIN TELCO FEDERAL CREDIT UNION OR ITS AFFILIATES, SUBSIDIARIES, OR MARKETING PARTNERS AND THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, REPRESENTATIVES AND AGENTS OR ANY OTHER RELEASEES, BE RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OR LOSSES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF ANY PARTICIPATION IN THE CONTEST.

You may enter the Sweepstakes by mail without opening a Texas Stars debit card during the sweepstakes period. To receive one (1) entry, hand-print the following on a plain 3” x 5” index card: “Texas Stars Game Day Sweepstakes,” your full name, full mailing address, day and evening phone numbers, email address (if any), and date of birth and mail it with proper postage in a sealed, stamped and hand-printed #10 envelope to: “Austin Telco Federal Credit Union ATTN: Marketing – Texas Stars Game Day Sweepstakes”, 11149 Research Blvd., Suite 300 Austin, TX 78759. Limit one (1) entry per 3” x 5” index card. Mail-in entries must be handwritten and postmarked by March 24, 2026, and received by March 31, 2026. Proof of sending or submission will not be deemed to be proof of receipt by ATFCU. No mechanical reproductions will be accepted. ATFCU is not responsible for lost, late, illegible, invalid, misdirected, mutilated, incomplete, or postage-due mail/entries, which will be disqualified. Mail-in entries become the property of ATFCU and will not be returned.
