Lobby Services by Appointment Only

Due to staffing shortages and the recent high volume of COVID cases, starting Wednesday, January 12th, all lobby services will be available by appointment only. To schedule an in-lobby appointment, call member services at 512-302-5555 and press "0" to be connected. Drive-Thrus will remain open.

Austin Telco FCU requires all staff, vendors, members, and visitors to wear masks inside ATFCU administrative offices and branches regardless of vaccination status. We suggest following the guidance provided by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention in regards to the ongoing pandemic. Our goal is to keep our staff and members safe.

For the safety of all members and employees, please do not request to go to a lobby or use drive-up services if you:

  • Have been exposed to, or have been diagnosed with, COVID-19
  • Share a household or close relationship with someone who’s been exposed or diagnosed
  • Have recently traveled to an area outside the Austin area that has been identified as high-risk
  • Are currently exhibiting any symptoms associated with COVID-19.
