Online Banking Security
Austin Telco employs proven practices to ensure the security of all online banking services.
Keeping financial information secure and confidential, both within Online and Mobile Banking, is a top priority for Austin Telco. Upon displaying or requesting personal information, Austin Telco leverages encryption technologies to prevent unauthorized access to data.
Austin Telco also utilizes multiple layers of security to prevent fraud by verifying the identity of the account holder by either prompting for security questions or requiring a security code. These prompts appear for high risk transactions, unknown login sources or attempted changes to the account.
