If you suspect fraud on your account, contact us immediately during regular business hours or through a secure message. Keep a record of receipts and charges you believe are fraudulent. Depending on what type of fraud, it is recommended to change your password for added security.
You can make loan payments online either through Digital Banking with your ATFCU account or through other payment options which can be discovered here.
You can deposit checks through the Mobile App through Remote Deposit. If you do not see this option available to you, please reach out to us through a Secure Message or call us during regular business hours.
To set up alerts for account activity, you first log into Digital Banking, click on 'Settings' and then click on 'Alert Settings'.
For card transaction alerts, go to Cards menu, select the card then select Alerts and follow the prompts.
