Card Activation Through Digital Banking

1. Log in to your Digital Banking account
2. Select “Services” in the top menu
3. Go to “Card Management”
4. Click the card details link
5. Select which card you want to activate

Setting Card Limits

Set spending limits for specific transactions, like point-of-sale or ATMs, right from your phone!

1. Log in to your Digital Banking account
2. Go to the “Services” tab
3. Select “Card Management”
4. Set your limit

Fraud Monitoring

As part of our partnership with Visa®, we utilize FALCON Fraud Manager, which provides our members with superior fraud detection and monitoring capabilities. FALCON is designed to detect unauthorized charges and prevent fraud in the event your card is lost or stolen. 

If FALCON suspects fraudulent activity on your account, a fraud representative will contact you. Your card may be temporarily blocked if we are unable to reach you.

Visa’s Zero Liability Policy¹ guarantees you won’t be held responsible for unauthorized charges made with your account or information. 

Suspect fraudulent activity on your account?

Follow these steps:

1. Regularly review your account activity and statements for any suspicious activity.  
2. Report suspicious charges to ATFCU immediately.
3. ATFCU will investigate reported transactions and correct the issue as soon as possible.
