Each year, ATFCU hosts their annual meeting where the Board of Directors, Officers, and Members discuss and vote upon open business for the organization.

Why do we host an Annual Business Meeting?
As a member-owned financial cooperative, Austin Telco Federal Credit Union holds an Annual Business Meeting each year to keep members informed about the credit union’s performance, financial health, and strategic direction. During the meeting, the Board of Directors and Officers present reports, review important organizational updates, and provide transparency into the decisions being made on behalf of the membership.
The Annual Business Meeting also serves as an important governance function. Members have the opportunity to participate in the democratic process of the credit union through the election of directors and the consideration of official business. By gathering annually, ATFCU reinforces its commitment to accountability, member involvement, and the cooperative principles that have guided the credit union for more than 85 years.

2026 Annual Business Meeting
The 85th Annual Meeting of Austin Telco Federal Credit Union was held on March 10, 2026, where members received reports from credit union leadership and approved the previous meeting’s minutes. During the meeting, Lea Luchsinger and Kathleen Miller were elected to three-year terms on the Board of Directors, and the meeting concluded after all business was completed.
